Można też mieć Auto którego nigdy nie miało

Nie odkrcisz Panie tego, juz widzialy łapserduchy z serwisu. Gwarancja Toyoty CH raczej nie łyknie wyciecia DPFa (o urzedzie komunikacji nie wspomne)

Właśnie wracam z aso lc 150 2022r 90 tys przebiegu .
Zapalił się check diagnoza w aso spieprzyla się jakaś sonda przy dpf.
Ta ekologia jazdy głównie trasy serwisowany częściej jak co 15 tys a i tak dupa.
Czas oczekiwania na czesc około 2 tygodnie lub dłużej
Z związku z powyższym mam 2 pytania.
Czy te problemy z sonda występowały u was ?czy to tylko ja mam pecha
I drugie skoro sonda nie pokazuje stanu zapchania dpf to on nie zacznie wypalania tak na logikę . Czy po 2 tygodniach jazdy myśle koło 700 km nie zepsuje tego filtra ?

Ja bym przy okazji dpf wyczyścił mechanicznie ale wymaga to jego demontażu. Oczywiście w wyspecjalizowanej firmie a nie dmuchawką z kompresora

Ja miałem wymienianą sondę jakieś dwa tygodnie po wyjeździe z salonu bo jakiś update robili żeby samochód po przekroczeniu 2000 km od sygnalizacji o braku adblue już nie odpalił…i nie odpalił po updacie padła ta sonda, tydzień w serwisie- wymienili na gwarancji.

Termin naprawy wyznaczony na 2 maja. Odezwę się co z tego wyszło bo o dziwo dpf jednak się wypala, tzn tak pokazuje ekran No i zapaszek na zewnątrz czuć . Oprócz tego ze swieci check nie działa tempomat to wszystko zachowuje się normalnie .
Tempomat raczej nie działa od momentu wyświetlenia błędu tylko wcześniej nie zwróciłem uwagi

How Often Will an Automatic Regeneration Occur?
Automatic regeneration will occur approximately every 250 to 300 km depending
on vehicle operation.
How Long Does an Automatic Regeneration Take?
Automatic regeneration can take up to 30 minutes depending on vehicle operation.
Characteristics of a DPF Regeneration
The DPF system may have the following characteristics during regeneration:
• Idle speed increase to 1200rpm (M/T) / 900rpm (A/T) when stationary;
• Noticeably different exhaust smell when compared to a conventional diesel
smell;
• A small amount of white smoke may be emitted from the exhaust tail pipe during
regeneration. However, this does not indicate a malfunction;
• It is possible that a small amount of smoke may be emitted from the underside
of the vehicle due to small trapped grass / vegetation matter. Refer to
“Off Road / Rural Use – Cleaning Procedure” on page 29.
Note: If automatic regeneration operates during engine idle (i.e. vehicle stationary)
the engine rpm will be increased up to 1200 rpm. If the vehicle continues to
idle without the engine ECM receiving a vehicle speed signal for approximately
5 minutes or the engine is switched off, the automatic regeneration will be
postponed until a vehicle speed signal (i.e. without vehicle driving / moving off
again) is received, at which point automatic regeneration will resume.
DPF System Operation
When the system is using the default manufacturer setting, manual regeneration
cannot be started by pressing the DPF switch unless the PM (soot) in the DPF has
reached a particular level.

Automatic Regeneration
Automatic regeneration will start at PM Level 4. However, if the operating conditions
are not ideal, the ECM will continue to attempt to complete the regeneration up to
PM Level 7.
Default DPF Switch Operation
The Driver can use the DPF switch to perform the following 2 functions:
1. Display DPF PM Indicator Level: Short press of DPF switch to display DPF PM
Indicator Level;
2. Initiate Manual Regeneration: Press and hold the DPF switch to start manual
regeneration, this function will only be available at DPF PM Indicator Level 7 to
Level 9.
Custom Mode Manual Regeneration
By having the system set to customise mode, manual regeneration can be started by
pressing the DPF switch when there is a much lower level of PM (soot) in the DPF. This
enables the driver more flexibility as to when manual regeneration can be activated.
DPF Switch Operation with Custom Mode Installed
The Driver can use the DPF switch to perform the following;
1. Display DPF PM Indicator Level: Short press of the DPF switch to display DPF PM
Indicator Level;
2. Initiate Manual Regeneration: Press and hold the DPF switch to start manual
regeneration. This function will be available at DPF PM Indicator Level 2 to level 9.

Zauważyłem, że silnik 2.8 Hilux potrafi wypalić dpf w ciągu ok. 7 minut stojąc w korku, na autostradzie najszybciej wypala przy ok. 110 km/h i obrotach poniżej 2000 obr/min i trwa to około 11 km trasy, w trasie mieszanej międzymiastowej lub w ruchu miejskim bez stawania również najszybciej wypala poniżej 2000 obr/min z włączonym biegiem ,,D'' .
Dłużej trwa wypalania gdy jedzie się ciągle np na 3 biegu w trybie ,,S'' z obrotami 3000-3500 obr/ min. i trwa wtedy około 23 km trasy.

Interwały wypalania występują prawie tak jak w instrukcji czyli w miećcie ok 250- 270 km i w trasie 270 - 310 km czyli praktycznie u mnie co drugi dzień.
